We will be performing maintenance on VOL3 of the SAN in the cluster, this maintenance is the last of the scheduled maintenance on the SAN and will take about 10 days to complete.

As a result of this maintenance, performance on the cluster may take a slight hit and be slower than usual which we do apologize for in advance.

As with the other volumes maintenance, we recommend that all affected users keep an up-to-date, complete and current copy of their website on their computer should they find that the backup and restoration portion did not catch all changes made during this maintenance period.

We thank you all for your patience during this maintenance and apologize for any inconvenience.

Today at about 1:15PM we detected a hardware failure in MySQL server SQL107 which required us to take the server fully offline in order to replace the faulty server.

We ran a restore on the server which lasted about two hours ending at 3:30PM and brought it back online shortly thereafter.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage caused and will look into the cause of this failure in hopes of preventing future recurrences.
