All maintenance on VOL1 of the SAN has been completed as of noon and all affected websites and accounts should now be back to normal.

While we attempted to ensure all files were restored, you may find that some files that were modified, added or removed during the backup period may have been reverted, disappeared or re-added, if this is the case you will simply need to upload any changes which were not caught during the backup to your website.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during this maintenance period and thank you all for your patience during this time.

All sites hosted on VOL5 of the SAN will be offline most of today due to a major corruption issue in the disk sub-system which requires that we replace the disk hardware itself before we can begin to restore access to affected accounts.

During this time all affected websites will be redirecting until they have been copied onto the new hardware.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and your visitors and ask for your patience during this time as we work to get your accounts/sites back online.

EDIT:

The maintenance is taking much longer than anticipated, we now estimate all work to be done late Sunday or mid-Monday due to the volume of websites being transferred to the new hardware, we deeply apologize for this delay.
