This is to inform all users hosted on VOL5 of the SAN that work was completed on VOL5, any user hosted on that particular volume who cannot access their files should immediately contact technical support.

Our next volume to be worked on will be VOL6 so for all users hosted on VOL6 we recommend keeping an up-to-date backup of your FTP / File Manager contents on your computer in the event your data must be restored after completion. This process will be much the same as that which ran on VOL5 and will take a few days to complete, during this time please expect outages and performance issues for all sites hosted on VOL6.
